I manage several small companies IT departments, and have just jumped on the hyper-v bandwagon. I come from a Windows based physical server background, that runs full nightly backups in 21 full tape rotations. Nothing incremental, and until now nothing Virtual, and always Backup Exec.

With the move to HyperV based virtualization, my first big change is Backup software. I am evaluating both Veeam and Unitrends, looking at hardware vs application vs cloud/media, etc. Are there other providers I need to pursue, what are the general concessions to Unitrends vs Veeam, etc. My first use case is a shop that was Windows 2003 Small Business on a Dell Server installed 2004. They are now running 2012r2 Hypervisor, with two 2012R2 VM's, one running file services/Exchange, the other running SQL, with the LTO4 drive hooked up to the Hyper-visor itself. In this use case I don't have a physical server needing backup, so Veeam vs Unitrends is a fairly simple product comparison. Cara copy file dari komputer lain dengan cmd.
