You can't. The TDM/Orbix isn't designed to work on Windows 7. NX-Ideas V6.1 is the first release that will work on Windows 7 (equivalent to V15).

The problem is not with the Nx I-deas software but with the licencing manager, Windows 7 fails to run the licence as a service, there is a work around, when the flexlm server fails, do not cancel the message, but copy all the files in the UGNFLEXlm folder and create a new folder UGNXlm and paste the files there, then you may cancel the error message. then there is editing to be done to the licence file but its a process, PM me if help is needed.

I mean I believe the problem is that the installation normally works on Windows 32bit platforms but the installation does not work with Windows 64bit Platforms.
