I modded a 10mm pistol with a silencer and every mod that boosts hip-fire/damage. I just took down the 5 gangsters by the river outside Diamond city after telling them to hand over the chems. They opened fire, I hit VATS and downed 4 with headshots in one VATS targeting sequence and finished the last with one well placed manual shot.
One of the best features of Fallout 4 series is the V.A.T.S system, allowing you to accurately place your bullets and explosives on a specific enemy body part. What makes the feature even better is the use of slow motion to really make that headshot or Bottlecap Mine explosion look fantastic.
While normal weapons and the V.A.T.S system are easy to use by simply pressing a button, you may be a bit confused on how to use the feature with explosives, like grenades and molotov cocktails. While it took us a while to realize how to throw explosives normally (holding down the heavy melee button does the trick), using them in the V.A.T.S system wasn’t as technical as one would think.
So here’s how it works. Press the heavy melee button until you hear the clicking noise and then press the button to open up the V.A.T.S system. Now you should be able to use grenades or other explosives in slow motion, and watch as body parts start to fly.
Only four days since launch and already an infinite bottle cap glitch for Fallout 4 has also surfaced. The glitch works similar to the glitch in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, with one minor change, all of which is explained right here.
